I am so frustrated with CVS. My meds are rarely refilled on time, even though they are on automatic refill. They do not keep my seizure medication in stock, so every month, I have to go about a week, sometimes a little longer without my seizure medication. CVS has caused so much stress and more seizures. I am not going here anymore. DO NOT GO TO CVS. You will not be happy with there services or pharmacy.

Worst store in America everyone agrees…
Worst store in America everyone agrees at this point.the ceo does not care that the pharmacist has to stop counting pills to get the window dangerous.soon capsule.com will be available for millerton. It is a big stressor for the poor staff and for the customers, the ceo won’t hire enough people to cover she the ceo should be fired. Never mind no one really can afford to shop there the pharmacy was keeping the store open, now the pharmacy isn’t worth it.we can only hope the store goes bankrupt and a new better store takes over

Wildwood Main Street CVS is the Worst!…
Wildwood Main Street CVS is the worst pharmacy on planet earth. I don’t believe anyone works there. It’s dirty inside, no employees to ask a question to and the pharmacy never communicates if your meds are complete. Oh and don’t even think about calling them unless you have an hour to kill waiting for a human to talk to.

Dangerous pharmacist
I was recently prescribed some steroids for inflammation. I am a hypertense. so I asked the pharmacist if the medication wouldn't interfere with my blood pressure. He assured me the medication wouldn't interfere. The same day I took it I started having terrible headaches till these days. My blood pressure went up to 199 over 124 and I had to go to emergency room.

Poor Customer Service
On two different occasions I experienced terrible customer service from an individual at the CVS location on 972 Silver Lane in East Hartford CT 06118. The person I have seen and experienced poor customer service from seems to be new to this location, she is short somewhat long black hair, and consistently has an extreemly poor attitude. Challenges that I have seen and experienced:
-Speaking in a condescending tone.
-Making sounds that came up across as though she is annoyed or does not want to be bothered.
-Rolling her eyes at customers as well as rolling her eyes at me.
-Watching a video from her phone at the register area that had foul language being expressed loudly in front of me and other customers.
-Provided no resolve or support with technical issues pertaining to the photo machine, despite being provided the proper information for a photo order that was placed by me.
-Yelling at customers.
-Ignoring customers.
I live close to the CVS location that I am referring too, this individual has left an extremely un-settling experience not only in front of me, but in front of my 4 year old son. I hope that she is given the true training needed to provide the proper support and customer service for all guests.

In line forever, then treated badly
I wanted to go through the drive-through to pick up my prescription, but the queue of cars leading up to it was enormous, so I went in. As usual, I stood in line inside as well, and when it was my turn, the Pharmacy clerk gave me two prescriptions and I only wanted one of them. I got the name wrong on one, and asked for the script by my doctor's name. She rolled her eyes and held it up in my face, with her head tilted, and said, "THIS one?" I said, "Can you please stop being so mean to me?" "Well, you said you didn't want this one, so..." When I checked out, she said, in a whiney voice, "You have a really great weekend, ok?"
Every CVS you go to now, has a wait time for meds. The "app" is useless, and they never answer the phone at my CVS, so you have to get in the car and go down there, only to wait forever to get to the front of the line, and then get treated miserably by someone who, QUITE RIGHTLY hates their job. CVS...get it together. We go there for things that make our lives liveable. Hire some more people and cut out that idiotic lunch break system while you are at it.

I went to the drive-through at Store…
I went to the drive-through pharmacy at Store #8067 after I had a friend call to see if their sign was still out allowing us to purchase over the counter medications at the drive-through. I wrote a clear note saying I was sick and did not want to come in with even a mask on. I have severe laryngitis and am coughing and sneezing all the time. I wanted to buy 2 over the counter medications. My note asked for Mucinex tablets and Cough Syrup. They only read half of the note. They argued with me that I had to come in if I wanted to make a purchase. Then, they argued with me that they did not have liquid Mucinex. My note was clearly asking for cough syrup. Then they argued with me again that they did not have liquid Mucinex. I finally managed to croak out that I wanted cough syrup. Then they argued that I could not take the 2 medications together. So I managed to croak out again: one for day; one for night. What the hell! I should have gone to Meijer. There was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at Store #8067 pharmacy today. I worked in a hospital for 30+ years. I was being responsible and trying not to pass around whatever it is that I have. You ask for a little help and try to be responsible for what?????

You can never get the pharmacy on the…
( The company has since refunded my money!) You can never get the pharmacy on the phone! But the major issue is that CVS is not a caring company! My Doctor ordered an expensive injection for Cholesterol but gave me 3 injections one given at the office and 2 to carry me over while the prescription was being approve. I noticed my blood pressure increasing but didn't put things together. I picked up the prescription from the CVS over $1000.00 a couple a of weeks went by that I was still on the injections that my Doctor supplied. My blood pressure now is really high, I called the Doctor and CVS and was told this is probably a side effect of the new Prescription. I stopped taken the prescription. I tried returning the sealed never used prescription and the Pharmacist told me that they don't do that it is against the law! I said that is ridicules they are sealed! I came home and looked it up on line, and it is not against the law! Further more I found that CVS says that they will return store bought unused prescription! ( Although the rules for return and reuse of drugs are many and strict for pharmacists, returning a prescription should not be too complicated for a consumer. Online drug purchases may be governed by a different policy, however, than brick and mortar store returns. For example, the national pharmacy chain CVS states that it cannot accept returned prescription drugs purchased online but appears to have no restriction on in-store prescription purchase returns. ) Yet this one will not! Sleaze Ball company, there are a lot better companies to deal with! And now the Pharmacist is say she never told me that it was against the law to return the prescription! What a joke!
