Cvent has been great and helped us create a better event experience for our clients. The user experience is great for our clients as well as our admin team that works on the backend. The customer service is always right on great and we're able to reach out to our account team or customer service and get help within minutes usually!

I absolutely love Cvent. It helps automate a lot of the tasks that I would otherwise have to do manually. I love the Cvent is constantly evolving and building the platform for better assist us.

I sent the RFP to 12 properties and got responses from 10, which is an excellent response rate for a short list and a short window. The proposal data was clean and easy to work with. My recommendation rested on data rather than gut feeling, which made it easy to defend and quick for the client to act on.
