Cvent, pricy, easy for guest experience...
Cvent is great to use as a basic event interface. They just recently released a new version of event website buildout that our company has not yet used but it supposed to look better and be easier to build. Cvent comes at a price and the customer support is great however takes a lot of time to come to a conclusion on what needs to be done and you aren't always given help when you ask for the help - instead, they get back to you after creating a help ticket. Cvent is simple for our guests to use and it does help with that, however, if you are not the savviest HTML/tech person it can take a while to build out a website/registration. CrowdCompass (the mobile app tool) is by far the best Cvent product. Easy to build and use and isn't too expensive!
