I've been using Attendee Hub for a while now. The recent enhancements in design and functionality have truly transformed the app. One of the standout features is the customization options. The flexibility the app offers has allowed us to provide a unique experience for participants, each time. The integrated chat has greatly improved attendee engagement throughout our events. I look forward to seeing what innovations they introduce next!

Cvent is the Swiss Army knife of event management—packed with tools that simplify everything from venue hunting to budgeting, registration, and analytics. If you're an event organizer, this platform is your essential sidekick. One of its best features? A customizable registration system that adapts to various event vibes, ensuring attendees feel right at home. But there's more! Cvent doesn't just host your event; it's a data wizard too. Its advanced analytics provide insights into attendee engagement and ROI, helping you create even better events in the future. Plus, it integrates smoothly with other software, like CRM and marketing tools, making data sharing a breeze. Customer support? Cvent has a knowledgeable team ready to help you navigate its features faster than you can say "event planning chaos." Its mobile app enhances attendee engagement with live polling and Q\&As—perfect for keeping the crowd engaged. On the downside, be prepared to spend, especially if you're a smaller organization on a tight budget. Cvent's pricing can feel like a game of "how many attendees can you fit in your wallet?" And while customization is fantastic, new users might find the setup a bit overwhelming. If your event doesn't need all the bells and whistles, Cvent can feel like overkill. In summary, Cvent is a powerhouse for planners ready to tackle every aspect of event management. With impressive integration, great support, and analytical power, it's definitely a tool worth considering—just ensure your budget and comfort with complexity are in check!

Cvent has a great customer support service. Any time I have needed help, the staff have been so incredibly kind and patient. They have been so willing to help me and take the time to ensure that all my problems have been resolved. I also like that they follow up after our calls to ensure that I have all the information and help that I need. Cvent provides such a great solution for all my event management needs!

One of the standout features is the event website builder, which allows you to create professional, customizable event websites without any coding skills. This feature alone saves a significant amount of time and effort.

Cvent is a robust platform with a lot of different options for event management of all kinds. My organization utilizes its services to support in-person conferences and webinars throughout the calendar year. There are many options for building out the registration, developing the event's website and sending event-related emails to invitees and registrants. The diversity of Cvent's options can sometimes be a downfall, as there are some features my organization doesn't utilize. The valuable functions can get lost in the menus full of other options. Thankfully, I've worked with the platform for several years now, so I'm reasonably well-versed in what is helpful to me and what is not, but I think there can be a steep learning curve for more casual users. We have regular check-ins with our Cvent representative to ensure that our needs are being met, and this allows us to chat about features or complications that would enhance our experience using these tools. It seems like, understandably, Cvent has been spending a lot of energy building out tools for virtual and hybrid events recently. This is not useful to our organization as our large events are strictly in-person only, which has not benefited our uses. Cvent is an essential tool for management of our large conferences and occasional webinars. It is a daily resources to monitor the registration of our events and to communicate with potential and confirmed attendees.

We recently transitioned to Cvent Attendee Hub for one virtual event and our in-person events. We have been rolling our attendees into an app experience to reduce the amount of paper at the events and to improve the attendee experience. We have been able to effectively communicate real-time changes and news and have been satisfied with the backend experience on our team.
