Cvent has been great and helped us create a better event experience for our clients. The user experience is great for our clients as well as our admin team that works on the backend. I absolutely love Cvent. It helps automate a lot of the tasks that I would otherwise have to do manually. I love the Cvent is constantly evolving and building the platform for better assist us.

Being able to show why our destination is the perfect host city for meetings and conferences on Cvent has been amazing. Cvent allows us to get in front of the right audiences and helps us be seen.

I used Cvent to source a 125-room-night group program in Wisconsin on a tight timeline. Sourcing ran from September 15 to 19. I sent the RFP to 12 properties and got responses from 10, which is an excellent response rate for a short list and a short window. The proposal data was clean and easy to work with. I built the client presentation over the weekend, and every option came with real numbers on rates, availability, and terms. My recommendation rested on data rather than gut feeling, which made it easy to defend and quick for the client to act on. For an independent planner on a quick-turn request, Cvent saved hours of back-and-forth and let me deliver work that looked like it came from a full sourcing team.

Cvent is essential to our events. From the event website and registration, to the on-site badges and event app, our event is a success due to Cvent and the their customer success team.

If your organization prioritizes efficiency, personalization, and measurable ROI in event execution, Cvent is a strategic investment. Its comprehensive feature set and enterprise-grade infrastructure make it a top-tier choice for professional event planners and marketing teams.

I’ve had a very positive experience using Cvent, particularly the Cvent Supplier Network, as part of my role in hotel sales. The platform makes it easy to receive and manage group leads, communicate with planners, and keep opportunities organized throughout the sales process. Cvent is widely used across the meetings and events industry, which makes it an important tool for connecting hotels with planners and sourcing partners. The system is generally easy to navigate, and I appreciate having the key details of an RFP centralized in one place. Overall, Cvent is a valuable platform for anyone working in group sales, meetings, and events, and it continues to be an important part of our day-to-day sales efforts.

Cvent is impossible to get a hold of someone when you have an issue. Have been unable to log in for 2 days and I have been all over the site to get help and it is a joke. If you want your exhibitors to have a good experience - stay away.
