Great company, I’m a long time customer

I love their products and rarely have an issue, the one time I did I was in the middle of 12 straight weeks of travel for work and missed a return window. The team made it right and allowed me to return the item for a gift card. High quality bottoms that look great for years, highly recommend.

Had two different packages arriving on the same day. Packages were already delayed than the expected 5-7 business day shipping. Received a text message from their shipping company, Veho, that my packages were delivered. The packages were delivered to the wrong address, which I have picture confirmation, and the delivery service even confirmed that the packages were delivered to the wrong location. When I reached out to Cuts Customer Service, they were not helpful and would not provide me a refund. I emailed back and forth with their team, more than 13 emails exchanged, yet they will not take accountability for the incorrect delivery. Do not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and accountability.

I'm writing this review mostly for the customer service, which was top notch and amazing. The rep I worked with, Alejandro, went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I will certainly shop with Cuts again based on this experience. I was going be done shopping with cuts but Alejandro saved the day. Because of him I will come back to shop more. As I am waiting for my exchange package to arrive soon hopefully.

Grateful for the correction but definitely not a smooth experience.”
