Was worried because, coming off of an Instagram ad, the quality can be so so so mixed, but have to hand it to them, these are really nice t-shirts. I got the AO Curve hem Ts. Fit is good, material is breathable and colours are nice. I got them in their current sale (end of season?) and think I paid something like $23 a shirt, which is just awesome, frankly. Delivery was totally normal. Packaging decent. Will probably make these my go-to for t-shirts now, and will likely try some of their other stuff too.

Great customer service

Nonexistent customer support. I am a Cuts member (paid for their membership) and I can attest Cuts has downgraded their customer support completely. I have spent a lot of money on this clothing brand. Recently I have tried to contact customer support on 3 occasions to no avail. First replying to their order email, and the rest using their Contact Us form. Zero response, zero acknowledgment they got my message. Are they going down and cut down on customer support? Will not buy from them anymore if you’re unable to make a simple request such as asking for a return. If you order something from them, good luck.

DON'T WANT YOU TO RETURN FRAUD Cuts make it very difficult and confusing to make returns. Deliberate. Fraudulent.

Great experience with Cuts. The clothing is really nice, with great quality, style, and fit. I also had an issue with my order, and the customer service was excellent. Ivan was very helpful, professional, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Definitely one of the best clothing brands I’ve tried. Keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would not recommend ordering from Cuts. Their sizing runs small, and when I did an exchange, they cancelled one of the replacement items due to stock issues that they didn't disclose upfront. Instead of honoring original free shipping on my exchange, they refunded me in store credit and now force me to pay an additional $9 in shipping just to reorder the item. Their customer service is completely handled by an automated AI agent that offers hollow empathy without actually escalating the issue or connecting you with a human representative. Their bot regurgitated my words literally in under a minute and promised an escalation that never happened. This is just a drop shipping company that has their orders managed by a third-party and does not have a customer support team. My request was very simple: waive the exchange shipping fee as it was your fault to not disclosed in advanced that the item was out of stock. Any human would have fulfilled that request, however, their system is setup to lose a customer over $9. Their product is not even great. T-shirts are slightly better than True Classic, but twice as expensive, not a great value. Their button up shirts is made out of this synthetic fabric that feels cheap, and even thought it has ventilation holes throughout, the fabric itself is not very breathable.

Cut clothing is very quick to send a response email from Customer Service however, when they send it for secondary review, no one gets back to you. Customer Service has no authority except to send it to a second review and the company does not respond customers in a timely matter. Customer Service responded with 24 to 48 hours for resolution. It’s been over two weeks now. Update: After placing review on Trustpilot, Cuts contacted me within 24 hours and made it right. I was impressed how fast they responded and admitted it was it was an error on their end. I plan to give them a second chance.

I received a pair of Cuts Essential pants that had loose strings, a few rips, and a stain. I was so disappointed with them and immediately contacted customer service online. Within 2 minutes of my submission, I got a very thoughtful response. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then, within another 5 minutes, received another response apologizing and confirming that a new pair would be sent to me free of charge. Only 3 business days later, I received the shipping intonation and a confirmation that there’s no need to return the previous item. Seriously this was the best customer service (specifically from Ian at Cuts!) I have ever had!
