Cuts make great shirts. I own 6 total now and I wear at least 3 every week to work. The golf shirts just fit how I need them. I'm a built guy, and I like my shirts to compliment that. Above the fit, the collar always sits right. Even without the collar stays, the collar is always in good order. Never bent out of shape. As far as customer service, I had an issue where a sleeve seam came undone after a few washes. So instead of just bashing them, I reached out to customer support and asked what they could do before I went ahead and replaced it. I kid you not, I sent the request on a Friday night at 9:07pm, and someone had already emailed me back at 9:09pm. Not the confirmation email, I'm talking a person, asking for more information about the shirt and apologizing for the inconvenience. I provided all the info they asked for and 2 days later another shirt was on the way. Dude, how can I not give the company 5 stars?

I ordered three items and only liked two of them. I’ve been trying for a month to return the other one, but I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. I would not order from this brand unless you plan on keeping everything you ordered because there is zero chance you’re getting a return

I returned an item and Cuts received it on September 14. As of September 30, I have not received my refund. I emailed customer service on September 24 and received only an auto-reply saying someone would respond within 24–48 business hours. Nobody did. I followed up on September 28 and again on September 30. Still no response and no refund. Disappointing customer service.

I purchased 4 shirts from CUTS for my husband and ended having to send 2/4 back due to fit (my husband is 6’4 very large build so they were a bit tight. My husband unfortunately didn’t realize just handing it to the FedEx driver ended up setting our return back as it just sat at the location never being sent back. (The driver forgot to process it) which is why you have to take in yourself and get a receipt. I emailed and spoke with Ivan who let me know they indeed never received it and gave us clear instructions on how to get it back to them. Understanding it was our mistake, they were willing at one point to basically eat the “lost” return to ensure we got our store credit even though it was our fault.. we ended up getting it all fixed up and Ivan was in constant communication with me until it arrived. Once he saw it in transit back to the store, he even was kind enough to apply our store credit before even getting the shirts back out of good faith. Highly recommend this company not only for their great quality clothes, but they’re phenomenal customer service! Will be back 😊

I’ve ordered a handful of shirts and pants for my husband and sons and I’m blown away by the quality and look of each item. Pricing is pretty great as the more you buy, the higher the discount. I highly recommend the brand.

Premium quality product and great customer service!

I should give them zero stars - worst customer service possible. Overpriced, low grade clothing. SoHo pant seems came apart after 1-month of owning, would not send out a new pair. Stay far away from this trash brand.
