First time purchaser. Really like the product - great fit and feel. 1 of the 4 shirts i ordered had a stitching problem on the collar and Cuts replaced it quickly and professionally.

it’s soft but…a workout shirt that doesn’t hide sweat stains should not be worth $60. I don’t even sweat much. Gymshark is a great alternative or even Target’s athletic brand. Delivery was also 3 days delayed.

Absolutely outstanding quality and durability. I found Cuts through Peter Santenello's channel and thought they looked great there, I also trusted his assurances on the quality of the clothing. I ordered my first paid of the AO joggers last year and am now totally hooked, I almost never wear anything else. The investment up front is really worth it. Couldn't recommend highly enough - although if possible please improve your shipping times to the UK!

I Initially reached out due to a potential fabric issue. Right away, they reached out to me to ask for further information and photos to which they immediately sent me an email with tracking for a replacement. Very happy with how they handled! Also, we love cuts clothing!! insane quality and fit!

2 weeks went by with no update or tracking, and I had to contact them myself only to be told the order was lost in transit. How is this possible if I never received any updates or shipping/tracking. Most of my items were OOS by the time I contacted them. They refunded me the items that were OOS but after some back and forth I asked if the rep can send the same items but in a bigger size and they refused. Also was supposed to receive a free hoodie since I spent 400$+ on their black friday deals but they also said no they will not send me the hoodie in a different size. Super disappointed in this experience as this was a gift for my brother. They also take days to respond so be prepared to wait. EDITED: Carlos reached out and rectified the order. He went above and beyond to fix the situation. Sent me the free hoodie and a coupon code to re-purchase the shirts. Sucks the colors my brother and I wanted is not out of stock but I appreciate the effort made.
