Cuts has always treated me well. Besides great products, the customer service has been excellent every time I needed help and response time has always been quick, even now during the holidays. I had an issue where one of my favorite pairs of joggers were starting to rip a little (none of my others have from them) and they were quick to send me a new pair at no charge. Great Company!

I placed an order on November 26th and never received any updates, come to find out the order was lost in transit and while this was not Cuts fault, it did take 10 days of emailing back and forth to finally get the item re-sent. However, by that point, the item I ordered was no longer in stock so I had to select a new item. The customer service rep was helpful and requested my item be expedited and delivered 12/22 so it would arrive by Christmas. Today is 12/21 and while the arrival still say 12/22, the package is currently in California and must make it to Pennsylvania by tomorrow. Sounds unlikely but hoping for the best.

Amazing quality products and even better customer service!!!

I had a really great customer service experience with Cuts. I recently bought a few items over the last month - some for myself, some for friends and family - and immediately started wearing the clothing. I noticed a issue with the fit/material with one of the joggers I had recently wore and contacted customer service about a replacement. I simply described the issue, added the necessary information and they provided a remedy for my issue when I thought I would just be stuck with what I had. Greatly appreciated!

I’ve recently purchased two clothing items from Cuts, both were very high quality, great fit and very comfortable. Their sizing was spot on. I had a little trouble with holiday shipping issues, but I dealt with an amazing customer service agent, Irene, who was in almost daily email contact with me and took care of my issue. She was beyond WONDERFUL! I also purchased workout shorts last year for my nephew which he loves and they are his favorite pair of workout shorts!

The Xmas present for my son was lost in the mail and the representative was nice enough to get the second one shipped overnight so my son could still have it here for Xmas. Thank you

Irene had great customer service. She was very helpful because my product had not been delivered. I appreciate her.

I was connected with a representative right away. She was able to explain the situation and offer all of her assistance. Worked with me to get items reordered and the same discount I received applied. Overall, great experience with this customer service team.
