Good quality shirts, incredibly soft and delivered fairly quickly. Customer service is responsive and efficient.

Six weeks and I have yet to receive anything -- transit number, confirmation e-mail my items were sent, and any of the items themselves. Contacted Cuts and Karlos said my items were flagged as "possible lost in transit order". How is it that my order was flagged as possibly lost, but I was not notified for a refund or new shipment? How was the package sent, but I was never given the transit number or date it was sent? How is it Cuts clothing knows my order is messed up when I sent my issue, but they were okay with doing nothing until I submitted a ticket?

I have to say that I gave Cuts a 1-star review a couple weeks ago because when I ordered my shirts, I never received a confirmation e-mail or tracking code. Once I wrote my review on TrustPilot, I immediately received a message for one of their customer service reps Carlos, who was extremely helpful. Not only did I receive my shirts on time, they apologized and made it right. I was extremely impressed with the way they handled the situation and they proved that their customers always come first. I will be ordering their products again because I absolutely love them.

Buyer beware - poor quality items, sizing and service! I have had 2 orders from Cuts - the first for 2 t-shirts. The first order had an issue where the white tee was significantly larger than the black - even though they were the same style. I had to argue with customer services who told me that in the dying process this can shrink the Tees and this was something I should expect!! I did receive a small discount code as I was told I would need to return items at a huge cost if I wanted my money back. With said code I thought would try again one more time, ordered 2 more T-shirts. both are completely different sizes and don't even size to the others I purchased. I cannot condone the service here - at the price point i would expect some consistency at least across colours from the same range of shirt. I would be very wary to purchase anything from this company

Utterly Disappointed given the price of their items. I am writing this review here as for some reason, I couldn't write it on their site itself to warn future buyers. Coming from a huge fan of Cuts, this review is one that really hurts me to make but given the 'Dedication to Quality' the brand promotes, I can't let it slide. I have had the same issue with ALL THE PRODUCTS of their 'Cotton Fleece' material I have gotten so far, including their hoodie and their Sunday Sweatpants (which i laid a complaint to the support team and got a replacement which then again had THE SAME ISSUE HAPPEN) where the fabric begin to have tears on the seams after a few wears. I just noticed tears begin to develop on this on all four corners of the pockets after just a few wears. This is highly disappointing for an item with a $153 list price. To say I am disappointed is a severe understatement. I have put up with a lot of minor item inconsistencies I've had in the past (e.g the loose threads, minor seam errors and so on) but this I cannot look past. At this point, i really don't want a replacement Item as I have no confidence it is going to hold up. I just want to warn potential future buyers to stay off these.

Great product. I did have an issue with a defect on a shirt and they were quick to address the issue. Couldn't be happier.

CUTS Split Hem Hyperloop Sweatshirts are hands down the best sweatshirt out there. The Customer Service Team is wonderful and very quick and happy to help with whatever I needed. CUTS has secured me as a lifelong customer with the great product and great people backing it up!

I had a package that appeared to be lost in the mail. I got in contact with customer service and they were so helpful and got my situation resolved immediately. They sent out a replacement item and expedited the package in hopes to receive it before Christmas. They were so helpful and kind. I will definitely continue to shop at Cuts and recommend them to my friends and family.
