CutsclothingReviews of cutsclothing.com

The Cuts representative Ivan. I made a blunder with address. I’ve never had a faster or more pleasant experience than I had with him. Almost immediate reply. He sorted everything and very quick. I love the clothes just one thing……a little pricey. The feel and cut of all the Tee’s is spot on. But again Ivan made my whole mess work out!

For starts; the Cuts AO jogger drips sex! The pants are extremely comfortable; the fit is perfect and they look amazing! I’m a fan! And mildly obsessed with these pants so I rushed to order a second pair However unfortunately I did have an issue with the order when it delivered, but it was immediately resolved by Gil; the response time to my initial email was prompt and the solution was beyond what I had expected; I am more than impressed and will remain a loyal customer to this amazing brand!

Poor customer service leads to poor reviews. I used a store credit that their system applied as a discount to items -- it shouldn't have. It should have applied a credit to the overall balance. This caused issues when I went to return some items. I should have returned the entire order and reordered the 2 items I needed. Agent finally agreed to give me store credit back, even though it should have been a refund. Buyer beware!

STAY AWAY! Worst service and later terrible customer service… I ordered 3 t-shirts on November 22nd 2023. On Monday December 11th my order still is underway (according to shipping). At this point I tried reaching their customer service team 4 days prior (no response). I then decide to give it another try. This time they get back just to inform that the parcel is missing (even though tracking shows underway).. Ok, I’m thinking to myself “they are going to refund my order and resend the order free of charge”. No, Cuts decides to just refund my initial payment (which is set to take 10!!! days). At this point I’ve granted them a free of charge credit, without as much as a “Thank You”. Embarrassing. Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

I recently purchased from them and have not received my package although it said it has been delivered. I let them know of the issue and I filled out the proper paperwork (not that we should be doing ANY paperwork) and returned it via email. I have yet to hear back from them!

Love the pants, works as formal or casual wear. Have them in a few colors, this is all I wear now.

I love this brand. I always hated clothes that were plastered in logos and brand labels. Even as a kid I wouldn’t wear things that had stuff on them. “Why would I advertise for them for free right?” Cuts is not only logo free (other than a very small stitched in “X” which really just looks cool and doesn’t look like a brand, they’re also super comfortable. All of my shirts are from cuts at this point. T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, quarter zips and polos. I’m wearing one now as I write this review. If you haven’t tried cuts yet, I strongly encourage you to order a shirt or the hyperloop hoodie. Extremely comfortable, soft, and well fitting. My favorite brand by far.

Only had an issue with a pair of pants (out of many items I purchased from Cuts) and customer service was able to fully refund my purchase in store credit. Great brand and customer service
