Return Nightmare Bought a pack of clothes for sale and decided to return them because the shirts seemed too thin and expensive for what they cost. They also fit smaller that I expected. The pants seemed good when I initially tried them on but were also small. I returned the clothes the end of February and expected to be refunded after they received them. The website said to allow for ten days for the return to be processed. Ten days passed and nothing happened. I wrote an email and was asked to wait another ten days due to backlogging issues. Ten more days passed and still no refund. On that day I wrote an email and asked again to be refunded. Luckily it was at least sent out so I can see it pending in my bank account but only time will tell how long it will take to clear. It is now the end of March.

I returned a pair of pants, and I can’t get my money back! They have had them in their possession for almost a month! Buyer beware! I will never trust them again! Order 1491620, received by Cuts on 2/14/24.

Poor quality, the sizes are not standard, and there are no returns on many items. I prefer to continue shopping through Amazon from other brands that do have warranty standards.

Similar to everyone else they won't let me return or exchange my order. Their shirts have a tighter fit than expected so I simply want to exchange my order for the next size up. Contacted them within 48 hours after receiving my order and was told it was ineligible for return because it was on sale. I'm sending it back anyway and will file a chargeback with my credit card provider. Sad that this is the way they do business because I'll never buy from them again now. (Order #1498700)

Are the CUTS clothing for sale at Walmart the same quality as that available from CUTS? Huge different in price.

THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lost my shipment and when I requested a refund, they made up all sorts of lies to justify them returning the money back to my card, but my bank has NO RECORD OF THIS. Back and forth for months giving falsified numbers and documents to show that they refunded my card, but after numerous conversations with my bank, there was absolutely no record of this. I will never make the mistake of shopping here again. They stole my money.

I bought a pair of the AO joggers, didn't like the color so wanted to exchange them. I ended up ordering the other pair with the plan to return the other pair. When I went to submit my return (5 days after delivery) it said product was ineligible for return. I reached out to their customer service rep and they said seasonal colors are ineligible for return and now im stuck with this pair of joggers. I'd get it if they were discount and it was final sale, but they were full price, just in a seasonal color. Never buying another piece of clothing from this company.

While my initial experience was not ideal, Heidi reached out and made sure my concerns were resolved. I appreciate her commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
