I made a purchase of two pairs of pants over 60 days ago... I returned them because I didn't like how they fit. It's been more than 50 days and I still haven't received my money back! I had a situation where I wore a pair of pants and they did not fit the way I expected. I contacted Cuts and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. Not only are their their clothes legit but their customer service is top notch.

I have 2 polos and 12 of the shirts (long sleeve, short sleeve and Henleys). So, I REALLY liked the fit of these shirts. However, after a few wears, the shirt threads start to break in the fabric and leave a weird and unsightly deformity....kind of like razor slits but not all the way through the fabric. It does this on all of them. Cuts replaced the polos THREE times and they still suck. I only wash them to CUTS directions and hang to dry. I was a REAL big fan of these shirts but the quality is low and seeming to get lower.

Have always been the biggest fan of cuts. I recently had a pair of AO pants start to dethread and Heidi helped me get a replacement pair very quickly. This company has phenomenal customer service and is always what I wear day to day. Please consider taking your business to CUTS.

I ordered clothes before Christmas that have never arrived, despite there tracking saying it had been delivered. They told me to check with neighbours/postman etc Which I did knowing it would never have been seen. I emailed several times and they asked me to be patient while they investigated. Now end of march and they are just ignoring all my emails, no refund , no replacement and no explanation..... Should have listened to my instincts which told me prices were too good to be true in first place
