Quality dropped drastically. I have been a huge fan of Cuts for a long time. Quite expensive but the quality makes it so worth it. I ordered some more of their shirts, and they look and feel like they're from walmart. Something has absolutely changed and I recommend you run from this brand

I've been purchasing from this brand for a few years now and the experiences I have every time that I place an order are great. I truly recommend them all the time. Also, their customer service team always goes above and beyond and they try to do their best to solve the issues or offer exceptions for the issues you have. Keep up all the good work!

The clothes are high quality and comfortable, and come in great color selections. I worked with their customer service team on a shipping issue and they were prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Similar to many other reviewers, this company's customer service is horrendous. Two partial orders returned over a month ago - received emails from them confirming the items were received and no refund was process. This is completely inexcusable and totally unethical. They are likely hoping that customers don't realize their refunds were never processed. Product quality is ok, but definitely overpriced. I like the fit of the joggers, but will not be placing any more orders with this company due to their inept customer service and unethical business practices.

I bought 3 AO joggers and 1 year later the all split at the seam. I don’t use them every day. Some spit at the side so , some at the crotch. They are kind of stretchy but definitely don’t last long. For a 100+ dollars trousers they are absolutely not worth it. It’s a shame because I really hate having to find another brand of trousers that I like and fits well, I am me kind of person that would fill his wardrobe with the same piece of clothing for each day of the week and stick with it

I returned two separate orders over a month ago and have yet to receive my refund. They have no phone number to call and the only way to contact them is through email and they may respond within a day, but never follow up. I have purchased many items from Cuts before, but after this experience I no longer will. You would think a company as big and well known as this would have better customer service.
