I got a necklace for my cat and loved it. So when I got a dog I had to get the same one for my dog also.

Horrible company. I placed an over well over a month ago for a few very little dog keychains. Business website states 5-10 days and then first class mail 3-5 days to get. They never respond to emails, and when they do respond they say just a few more days. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m disputing the charges with my bank since the company never delivered the merchandise. DO NOT USE THEM.

We lost our little fur baby in November 2022. I saw Custom Pet Gifts on IG and was reluctant at first but went ahead a made an order. Custom Pet Gifts beyond exceeded my expectations. I ordered a key chain that arrived with such intricate detail that it resembled our little buddy to the utmost degree. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and would recommend others to have personalized gifts from Custom Pet Gifts. I give them 12 stars out of 5. I also made a mistake and ordered a necklace. I emailed customer support and received a response very promptly. My order was corrected and I received the desired item.

It’s been almost a month, and my items have still not shipped.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay in shipping your items. It can be frustrating to wait for a long time, especially when you're looking forward to receiving something. But I really hope you received your order and you are happy with it. Thank you for your support and patience.

I never got my order! I'm very upset because this was suppose to be a sentimental gift for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day, I ordered it two weeks in advance, so that it would be here on time and it is now about to be March 1 and I have not received it! Very disappointed

Hi Tiffany, I completely understand your frustration and disappointment. It's incredibly disheartening when a carefully planned and sentimental gift doesn't arrive on time, especially for an occasion as special as Valentine's Day. But I really hope you received it, I am sorry for the delay.

Ordered it back in January. Still hasn't shipped. I've been in contact with Laila from Customer Service who says it will PROBABLY ship out by next week. 5 to 10 business days is a lie. Its been about a month so far. Shop elsewhere. They're evasive, unprofessional, and condescending.

I ordered December 26th… yes almost TWO months ago. Still nothing. I emailed several times and they reply with an excuse. How have I still not gotten my order? I don’t know if it’s worth canceling or just waiting it out a little longer…
