Linzi is amazing when it comes to the knowledge and experience when it comes to clarifying how the process works. A great co-worker,I'd highly recommend her to anybody who's interested in customizing boxes.

I had an urgent need for product packaging boxes after a lot of shipping drama with an overseas supplier. Linzi and Molly were immediately responsive (unlike just about every other packaging box company we contacted) and they sent over the first structural fit check box in just a day or two. When I needed to change the design, they overnighted another fit check box to me for Saturday delivery. Once we got the fit and the artwork squared away, they quoted me a fairly short production lead time and then shipped when promised. I really appreciate Linzi and Molly's efforts, and plan to work with them on all my packaging going forward. They're a little more expensive than buying from overseas, but if you factor dependability into the equation, and the fact that shipping from Minnesota is usually pretty drama-free, I think CBN offers a pretty excellent value proposition.

Very good customer service. I called and asked questions four times before I decided what type box to order. They answered my call every time without being forced to go through a recording. I received my order promptly, and everything is fine.

The original order was shipped wrong, but they replaced it - and made it right. I did miss my client deadline, but I was able to explain and they understood.

Thank you your review. We apologize for error in the original shipment. Although the order was re-run as quickly as possible to the correct specifications, we understand that this delay caused challenges with your client. We hope to get a chance to run future orders for you, and get it right on the first run in those situations. Thank you for your business.
