Expected better support from a custom packaging company We contacted Custom Boxes Now hoping to get our packaging projects moving. Their team pointed out issues with our artwork, but we were disappointed by the lack of practical help getting those issues resolved. Other suppliers were able to provide samples and quotes using the same files. What really put us off was the response when we mentioned this. They questioned how the other companies could print from our files and said they were glad we had other options to explore. As a prospective customer, that made us feel brushed off. We understand artwork needs to meet printing requirements. We also expect a custom packaging company to help customers work toward a solution. Based on the artwork support and communication we experienced, we chose to take our business elsewhere.
