The Order Process Was Simple
The order process was simple. They processed my order promptly. They did not notify me, nor was my online account page updated that my order was complete and shipped, so I had no idea when I would receive my order. Total lack of communication once they received my order. Product was received by me in good shape and exactly what I ordered. The quality and craftsmanship is top-notched. The prices are high, but I knew that up front, except for the Handling Fee.

We are working on improving the integration between our back-end system and the website order status section. The Handling Fee charge is used for packing out your order with protective materials to minimize damage in transit, and the fee is shown during the checkout process.
