Linzi H is who I had the pleasure of working with. Although, Linzi definitely did all the working. I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed other than "a shipping box" for my product. Linzi H walked me through the whole process and was able to narrow down and weed out several things I didn't need as well as guide me to what I did need. Truly happy google showed me the link to this company and even more happy they had a chat window option!

We did a major rebrand of fully custom shipping boxes with Custom Boxes Now and had an exceptional experience. The team is responsive and professional. They know their product and process inside out. The end to end experience was thorough and streamlined. They did everything they said they would on time and in budget. I highly recommend.

Linzi at Custom Boxes Now was a HUGE help in making my project possible. It was a long process of back and forth, ordering samples of four different colors, selecting sizes based on the limitation of the printer, figuring out the delivery method, etc. She understood my order was a bit unusual (ordering sheets of custom colors instead of boxes), but she was very patient with my requests and made every step possible for my operation. There were some minor issues here and there along the process but Linzi helped to resolve them right away. I highly recommend working with Custom Boxes Now for your next project!! Linzi, thank you so much for everything!

As a graphic designer, I was working with my client as well as Linzi and her team on our first project with Custom Boxes Now. Linzi kept communications clear and everyone was well informed in all of our correspondence. The customer service was exceptional! Linzi truly listened and made sure our needs were understood and goals were met. Product looked great and production time was delivered in a very timely manner. Linzi, along with her team, definitely gave me a go to for future box and packaging needs!

Purchased 100 boxes. No problems at all. Got them pretty quick too. I think the measurements may have been more like the inside of the box and not the outside. Better ask them about this. A slightly larger box ended up being perfect for my needs.

Great customer service. From start to finish, and met the deadlines. They set realistic expectations and delivered. Highly recommend their services and the boxes came out great

100 boxes $16 a box with $800 plate charge? That is ridiculous. Prattbox is much cheaper.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. As we discussed and offered in the online chat, this price comparison is apples to oranges. We offer many different print methods and manufacturing processes to best match the needs of our customers. We believe it is unfair and inaccurate to compare a single box configuration without consulting with our team to get you the best custom box options and price for your specific needs. We still stand by that offer, if you would like to discuss more details of your project with us so we can get you an accurate estimate for your needs. Thank you.

I wanted to write this review about Linzi Hansen because Custom Boxes Now is LUCKY to have her as their representative! I never did shipping boxes before and we needed 1800Q 2 color boxes for Holiday. Linzi was SO patient and informative. She followed up right on the dime every time! I really enjoyed working with her and definitely endorse Custom Boxes Now for all your shipping needs. My boxes shipped right on time and were gorgeous!!
