I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors during the last 6 months and Custom Boxes Now was by far the easiest to work with, and the most transparent. Not to mention, they were quick to complete our order. It was completed two days befroe teh given due date.

Thank you for your business, and for taking time to give us feedback. We also appreciate the email communication with you on the issues, as we had just launched our new website and had some incorrect settings on the automated review request emails that go out after an order. We were happy to hear that your custom boxes arrived in great shape, and look forward to working with you again soon!

Linzi and her team were INCREDIBLE! They helped up us get some pretty giant, and very last minute, custom boxes created and shipped out in a tenth of the time we were given estimates for from other competitors. They also were quick to respond any time we had questions, and when we experienced a shipping delay (totally outside of their control) they jumped in to get it resolved asap.

It's very refreshing to actually speak with a person and not be diverted via prompts. The questions I had concerned specifications that were addressed immediately by Linzi & Molly. They're knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Well Done!
