I received my bobblehead today! EXCELLENT WORK!! It looks just like my son!! They even took the sunglasses off that I originally had requested erroneously. I could not be more pleased. Eyes are perfect. His expression is perfect too. I highly recommend

The communication here is absolutely wonderful. The timing of everything is just as wonderful. I made a mistake on my order and they reached out to me just to verify if my order was correct. Had they not reached out to me, I would have had a product that I did not want. They take extra care to pay attention to what they are doing and the product that they are creating. They send pictures of the bobble heads before they fabricate them, to make sure that you approve. I have since placed a 2nd order because of the great experience with them.

I ordered 2 bobble head men and 2 women. I received the two men and they are fantastic! Their faces are spot on! I am really excited to see the two women.

I am enjoying my interactions with Custom Bobbleheads US so far. They seem to be doing an excellent job creating the bobble head of my friend based on a single photo I sent. Subsequent e-mail exchanges allow me to inspect and approve the likeness. I cannot wait to see the final product.

They were very professional and always asking about customer satisfaction before doing each step, I really liked the customer service and how quickly they responded to any question about shipping, I am very excited to receive the product,

I just received my three bobble head people! They are PERFECT!!! This company was willing to make several changes for me on one of them after I had previewed them. I can honestly say, when I give these to my fellow staff workers, some others will want one!! Thank you for a job well done!!
