It was a flawless experience. They listened to every note and change I had. They worked quickly and were so professional and polite, not to mention very talented. I bought two bobbleheads and they looked exactly like the people I bought them for. I would definitely order from them again. 👍👏

The finished product was awesome, looks so much like my son. We couldn't be more pleased. Communication with the artist was exceptional.

These are truely Custom bobbleheads. I ordered three for family members this Christmas. They were made very timely, and very specific to their physical characteristics. I have a professional weightlifting, son-in-law, I asked that the body be proportional to his as well as his company logo on his shirt, and they did it! It turned out awesome! The other two were awesome as well. They specialized the shirt color and made sure that I in hair color was just right. Communication was great and They were so patient when I needed a few adjustments on facial hair and eye colors. The guy who does these is a true artist! Highly recommend!

I was informed of each step throughout the creating process and allowed to make changes prior to final production.

Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.
