Unbelievable communication all throughout the design process! Finished product is amazing!

I got the bobble head for my friend’s birthday - a man who has everything. He loved it! What I liked about the company is that they made adjustments as many times as I asked them to, to the body and to the head. Even to the hair shape, after I approved the face and the body. It arrived securely packed in a mailing box, the product box, the bubble wrap and some more protection. Good quality product and good communication. They even double checked my address, by looking at the Google Maps and sending me the screenshot, because I wrote the apartment number without the word “apt” so Google Maps was showing a slightly different location. They didn’t mail it until I spelled the address properly, even though a local postman would be able to locate the place easily. However I really appreciated how detail oriented they are and very thorough.

Awesome work!!! Will definitely be back for more work!! Great communication and updates. Thank you so much!

Ordering from Custom bobble heads was a very smooth and easy process from ordering, changes/updates to delivery. Very pleased with the ordering process as there are many opportunities to make any request or changes to your bobble head. They are very responsive and detail oriented. They make sure that they understand the changes and address any concerns as necessary. At the end, I was very pleased with the artist who sculpted this bobble head. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Truly outstanding!

It starts with great customer service, walking us through the process of ordering & following up every step of the way and it ends with getting our Bobblehead 2 weeks before we anticipated and it is absolutely perfect. Exactly what we ordered! We are blown away by this experience & recommend this company highly. 10 Stars!

These guys are AWESOME! They made sure everything was perfect before shipping, communicated daily, sent plenty of proofs, and helped keep everything on schedule (we were using the figures for a wedding cake so the deadline was REALLY important!) Cherry is very patient, kind, and helpful. She answered a million questions and keeps the process moving along smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Cherry was responsive, professional, and made sure every detail was just right. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The finished bobblehead exceeded my expectations and made such a special, unique gift. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalized gift and outstanding service. Thank you for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable! Kellie Hay

Very glad I didn’t go with a full family setting, which I had originally planned on doing. So, I’m only out $200 and not $500. This was a very underwhelming experience, and definitely not worth it. I paid extra for the 10+ years experienced person to create this, but it didn’t help. You have to approve a face with no hair, and no changes to the face afterwards. You ever see your wife bald before? The face looks so different when it doesn’t have hair versus when it does. They made the figures look 20 years older than they were in the picture and even when I said to get rid of wrinkles and smooth out the face, my wife still looked older than in the picture. And only one of the heads bobbles. The way they made my wife’s hair it appears to keep her head from bobbling. At this point, I don’t even know that I’ll chance giving it as the anniversary present I was planning to. I have a feeling it would land me in the dog house.
