A very seamless process from sending in the picture, to receiving emails to select skin color, hair color, hair design, etc. The designer did a fabulous job of having the bobble head closely resemble the photograph. We took the option of the designer being experienced which we are glad we did and also more personalization with objects that were in the original. We had 3 made!
