I'm extremely disappointed to see that my daughter's shoes have torn at the bottom after just a few practice sessions and a game, resulting in both shoes coming apart. Pay over $150 definitely not worth buying!!!
Response from CushiowMar 20, 2026
I'm really sorry to hear this - especially after only a few uses. I can completely understand how disappointing that must be, particularly when you paid that much and expected them to last. Shoes coming apart that quickly is definitely not acceptable, and I sincerely apologize for the experience your daughter had. I'd really like to take a closer look and make this right for you. Could you please send me a few photos showing the damage on both shoes? That will help me review the issue properly and come back to you with a clear solution as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - I'll personally stay on this until it's resolved for you.

I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't received your order - I can understand how frustrating that must be. Let me take a proper look into this for you and find out what's going on. Could you please share your order number with me? I'll check the shipping details and give you a clear update, along with the next steps to get this resolved. I'll stay on this with you until we sort it out - you shouldn't be left without answers. Thank you for reaching out, and again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The shoes I received were the wrong size. Although the label showed the correct size, the pair fit about a full size smaller. I own several pairs of Jordan 1’s, and this pair from Cushiow was clearly off. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to work with me and only offered a 30% refund if I paid for return shipping. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was completely unreasonable
Response from CushiowMar 20, 2026
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience - especially since you're already familiar with how this model should fit. That kind of sizing inconsistency is understandably frustrating, and I can see why this situation felt unfair. It's also disappointing to hear that the support you received didn't feel helpful or reasonable. You should feel heard and properly supported when something like this happens, and I apologize that this wasn't your experience. I'd really like the chance to take another look at this for you. Could you please send me your order number and, if possible, a quick photo comparison with your other Jordan 1 pairs? That will help me review the sizing issue more accurately and see how we can move forward with a better solution for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - I'll personally stay on this with you until we find a resolution that feels fair.

Response from CushiowMar 20, 2026
I'm really sorry to hear this - I completely understand how frustrating it must feel to not receive your order and then feel like you're not being supported afterward. That's not the experience we want for you, and I sincerely apologize for how this has been handled so far. I'd really like to step in and take a proper look at your case. Could you please share your order number with me one more time? I'll review the full shipping details and previous communication, and make sure we move forward with a clear and fair solution for you. You shouldn't be left without answers, and I'll personally stay on this until it's resolved. Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right.

Shipping was taken unnecessary places and I’m sure that’s why the box was damage and the shoes are throwing me off looks real but can see shoe glue and stiching mess up I’m sure they are probably real but they are the rejects shoes from off of the assembly lines meaning when the shoe doesn’t meet requirements to sell it bigger stores they get tossed to the side and I’m sure cushiow got some type of business of getting them so they can resell they shoes like that a lot of cheap website does that reason why shoes was cheaper than original price probably won’t order from them again

Thank you for taking the time to share this - I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand why the condition of the box and the details on the shoes would raise concerns. When you notice things like glue marks or stitching issues, it can definitely affect your confidence in the product, and that's not how you should feel after receiving your order. Shipping routes can sometimes be longer than expected, which may impact the packaging, but that doesn't take away from your concerns about the overall quality. You deserved a better first impression than this. I'd really like to take a closer look and help make this right for you. Could you please send me s few photos of the shoes and the packaging you received? That will allow me to review everything properly and come back to you with a clear and fair solution. I appreciate your honesty, and I'll personally stay on this with you to get it resolved.

Yall shipping is Long for no reason and the shoes are throwing me off looks real but they look like they been rejected from the assembly line
Response from CushiowMar 20, 2026
I'm really sorry to hear this - I can understand why both the shipping time and the condition of the shoes would leave you feeling unsure. Long shipping times are frustrating on their own, and when the product doesn't give you full confidence right away, it only makes things worse. Details like glue marks or finishing can definitely affect how the shoes are perceived, and you shouldn't be left second-guessing your purchase. I'd really like to take a closer look at your pair and help make this right. Could you please send me a few photos of the shoes you received? That will allow me to review the condition properly and come back to you with a clear solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - I'll stay on this with you until it's resolved.
