Prices are quite competitive and order process was good. I would give them five stars, but their shipping partner is a bit odd. The routing is very long and not well-documented. The item went to the West Coast, then the East Coast, then to Texas with sub-standard tracking. Ordered on 10/7 arrived sometime after 10/21 (we left for a trip). Shoe weight is 10.2 oz which seems off.
