Thank you so much for such a thoughtful message - it truly means a lot to our team. I'm really glad to hear you felt well taken care of and that our responses were helpful and timely. That's exactly the kind of experience we want every customer to have, so your words are incredibly encouraging for us. And I appreciate your honesty about the shipping too - it's completely normal to fee a bit impatient when you're excited for your order (we'd feel the same way!). I'm just happy everything arrived within the expected timeframe and that you felt informed along the way. It honestly means a lot to hear that you'd shop with us again. If you ever need help picking out your next pair or just have a question, I'm always here for you. Thanks again for your support - we truly appreciate it.
