I'm really sorry to read this - I can completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be, especially after taking the time to document everything so thoroughly. Receiving something that doesn't match what was advertised is not acceptable, and I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. You clearly put in the effort to show the differences, and you should have been given proper support in return. I'd really like the chance to step in and review this properly for you. Could you please share your order number with me? I'll go through all the details - including the photos you mentioned and the previous communication - and make sure this is handled with the attention it deserves. You shouldn't be left in this situation, and I'll personally stay on this until we reach a fair resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
