Hallo Donna 💙 We herkennen deze situatie helaas totaal niet. Ons retouradres is gewoon in Nederland, retourneren is altijd mogelijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, en naar Argentinië sturen is iets wat wij nooit zullen vragen. We hebben je naam en bestelling opgezocht in ons systeem, maar kunnen je helaas niet terugvinden als klant. Dat maakt het lastig om te begrijpen wat er precies is misgegaan. Als je daadwerkelijk bij ons hebt besteld, horen we dat heel graag stuur ons je bestelnummer via [email protected] en we lossen het direct op. — May van CURVJEANS
