Great Products and Even Better Customer Service
I have been a customer of Curtarra for about four years. I first ordered custom curtains for my home several years ago, and I was very impressed with their quality and craftsmanship. Recently, I needed blackout curtains for my bedroom and decided to order from Curtarra again. Unfortunately, the color of the fabric I selected online looked quite different in person and did not match my expectations. Since the curtains were custom-made, returning them was not an option. I contacted Curtarra's customer support, and this is where their service truly stood out. George from the support team did an exceptional job helping me resolve the issue. He arranged for free fabric samples so I could choose a color that better suited my room, and he also provided a 60% discount on my replacement order. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help turned a disappointing situation into a very positive experience. I have now received the new curtains, and they are absolutely perfect. The color is exactly what I wanted, they fit my needs beautifully, and the quality is outstanding. The curtains look amazing in my bedroom, and I also find the pricing to be very reasonable for a custom-made product.
