Despite the fact that the company gave great directions about measuring, I was still concerned that the curtains would arrive either longer, shorter, wider, etc.LOL I am so pleased to say that they are absolutely perfect. The white linen gives a dressy feel to our new home. We needed privacy from next-door neighbors and these are able to let light in and no one can see through them. They are not lined, but extremely well-made with weights at the corners of the blinds to allow them to drape and stay in place. I have a friend who spent nearly $3000 on drapes through a designer, the same color and fabric yet I would never be able to tell that these are not designer made. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and adding a touch of class to our home.

The website walked me through measurements and color choices. They send samples quickly and when we made our choice, the curtains arrived amazingly fast. Installation was easy and they look GREAT!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with any internet company and should get 6 stars for doing such a good job with custom orders. From getting swatches to ordering, to having an issue corrected, there aren't enough words to say how pleased I am with the service. I will definitely order again should the need arise.

This level of service was beyond my expectations. The delivery of my order was prompt and on time, just as I had hoped. During the wait, I received a note from the shipping company about paying for the order. Since my order was supposed to be shipping-free, I reached out to Curtarra via their Live Chat. Once again, they, this time Jack, provided exceptional service, assuring me that they would handle the issue. Despite a portion of the shipping fee being for import duty, Curtarra ensured that I didn't have to pay anything extra. Now that my curtains are up, I can confidently say that the quality is top-notch, and the craftsmanship is fabulous and professional. This entire experience was incredibly positive, and I am sincerely grateful to Curtarra. I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with your company and your customer support team. I love the fabric and the way my custom drapes look and the whole experience. From the ordering, the quick delivery, the packaging.. and the great service afterwards from a tie back that I broke in error and how fast they responded and replaced the tie back for me. The price was also very fair for the quality of drapes. I would recommend this company to friends.

George is a Good guy to deal with..He answered all of my questions..Made my decision easier..Curtains came with a Defect, received a Credit..Then re-ordered and the 2nd set are Nice !...the Company is in CA, but the Curtains come from China...Happy with Curtarra..
