Honestly, the curtains are absolutely beautiful but the customer service is unmatched. I was overwhelmed ordering and measuring for the curtains, which is a very detailed process. I had one customer service agent review the order for me and fix the mistakes I had made right away. Then there was a small blemish on one curtain, and it was replaced quickly, with no fuss.

I am pleased to leave a positive review for Curtarra. It is has been a long time since I received such willing support from a company as they assisted me (a first time online drapery purchaser) to buy two sets of their curtains for my home. In addition to fabulous customer support, their custom curtains are beautifully made from a range of differing material that is available in multiple colors. I purchased Sabrina Pearled Ivory with back tabs for my master bedroom. I would be remiss to not mention that you can get free samples (which I should have done) to ease your decision making about color and fabric and style. The pricing of the drapes is, in my mind, very reasonable. I recommend Curtarra to anyone wanting custom drapes for their home without any hesitation. Pat

We had a great experience ordering from Curtarra. We were able to get many samples to pick the perfect fabric and color and used chat to get all of our questions answered before ordering. The custom 126” Rex Rod and Blanche drapes arrived quickly and were fairly easy to hang. We are very pleased with the finished look.

I found Curtarra through an online search after walking out of a very well known CA based storefront & online retailer that offers free design services but didn’t have the know-how to size custom curtains . To my surprise, it was a night and day experience with Curtarra! After providing an online photo with dimensions, they recommended fabrics, curtain style, and accessories needed for hanging and provided a clear, comprehensive quote. I received support all the way through the entire process …design, ordering, and installation. It was incredibly easy. They fit perfectly and look beautiful. I’ve received many compliments. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future projects!

The service staff (George) was absolutely wonderful. We had questions about our unit and he was very nice, provided prompt information, and resolved our questions quickly. We love our electric curtain rod. It is amazing. We would highly recommend.
