It really works, its been 2 months and had chronic acne since i was 12 yearls old, I'm almost %100 cured!!!

worst product in the market. I wish I could go back and not put this garbage on my face. My acne became worse after a months use. I trashed everything. Do not recommend!

Terrible customer service! Dealt with this for years. Sometimes they wouldn’t even send me the product and say that they did. My daughter would be waiting for weeks and weeks. They sent me an email a couple DAYS before they charge me letting me know they’re raising their rates almost DOUBLE!!! They make it so difficult to cancel! This is a SCAM!! Go to a dermatologist… it would be cheaper and better quality!

I tried this because I had wanted to for a long time, and they were offering my first month free. I got the samples and the formula ran out after 2 uses (4 or 5 pumps) which was pretty disappointing. I used the amount as instructed with the formula and the other products and they all ran out in very different times. The moisturizer was gone after about 2 weeks, the cleanser a week after that, and I JUST ran out of the body wash a few days ago (It’s been a month and some change). I still have the lip balm, which I really love. That being said, I didn’t get a full feel whether the product would work for me or not. My body acne does seem a little better, but it’s hard to tell because I’m still getting some pimples and the other existing acne is still healing.. I ordered the kit again. I really wanted to give it a good hard try, but just before I ordered, the price of the formula went up and it was already pushing it with affordability for me. So I just got more body wash, and the cleanser and moisturizer because they all seem pretty appropriately priced to me and as the body wash is the only thing I’ve used consistently, I want to keep going to see if it’s better a couple months from now. I think if that’s the case, I’ll definitely order again and I’ll probably order the formula. We’ll see, I’m not giving up!

So far, the product has truly worked wonders for my daughter. The providers are quick to respond and ask a ton of questions before just giving an answer. I was worried as this is something my daughter found but after doing research, it’s been good. There is zero issues on how to cancel the subscription and the company provides when and how.

They changed their prices. Went from like $15 to $30 for their custom formula. They sent me an email saying the prices changed to $30, so i thought weird because I spend $60 on a 2 month supply. Bill comes through at $91.60. The little white bottle is now $30. The perscription isnt worth that much in my opinion. I asked for a refund via 3 emails. The first being before it shipped. A lady reached out to me responding to the last one saying there was nothing she could do since it was already made and shipped. I dont use the prescription i just like the cleanser and moisturizer. There is no option to cancel the prescription until you cancel your account and then they offer just the moisturizer and cleanser. Not worth the hassle.

BEWARE: HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!! Canceling this subscription is a hassle! My sample arrived Jan, 2023. Before I finish the product I decided to cancel it on March 8, 2023 because it made my skin very dry and sensitive. It didn’t help with my dark spots at all! The company charged my account already and also sent me another box! Btw, I didn’t get my refund which I requested prior to receiving the second box. It took them more than a month to respond to me. I’m very unhappy because I totally wasted my money!

I was on curology for over a year and it made my skin 10x worse and it’s not custom at all. I knew multiple people who had it and we all had the exact same serum. When I stopped using it all of my acne went away.
