I’ve loved the Curology product, used it for about a year. Customer service is also very helpful if you ever need them!

I did the initial process, it said it would charge me around $29 once my profile was reviewed. It let me add a few "free" extras of samples and chapstick. A couple days later my box was approved and "shipped". I went into my profile, and looking at my box it said it was $39 instead of $29, and had three different things in it that I didn't select, and did not have any of the "free" extras or chapstick I added to the initial box. I emailed about both issues, they eventually got back to me, it did end up only charging me $29, but I still have no idea if the free extras are in there. Also they said it had just shipped, so the initial shipment wasn't even real. In further examining this site I found they use the same exact before and after pictures as other skin care companies. This company feels so sketchy to me. Why did it say it was going to charge me more money with less items? Why did that price change after I pointed it out? Why did no one answer my question about the free extras they claim you get to add on? Why do they use the same before and after pictures? Definitely cancelled my subscription immediately. ** Response to curology, I already reached out, as I stated in my review. It was unhelpful. I had asked for a refund (did not receive one) as I was uncomfortable with the price changes and the missing extras I had added to my box, which was never addressed in their response. I'm not interested in starting multiple back and forth conversations that lead nowhere. These are my final assessments of your company.

Loved the quick responses and the reassurance that my needs have been met

I used this product religiously for about a year, following all the recommendations by my dermatologist. I knew it would take some time for my skin to get use to the product, but my acne honestly just got worse and my skin became extremely dry and extremely sensitive.. & when I would change my formula, it just caused negative reactions to happen to my skin. A positive is that the dermatologists are super helpful, kind, and listened to my needs. The product sadly just isn’t close to being worth the amount of money they charge you..

Resolved my billing issue promptly

I made a trial purchase but realized I had to cancel. I emailed them and sent them messages. They responded promptly and refunded my charge.

Their whole process from start to finish is very seamless, easy to follow and myself as a customer feels connected. The custom formula works and shipments come to my doorstep as soon as my bottle runs out.
