Non-Existant Customer Service They will charge you two months at a time, which ended up being 59.90. The cream smells Horrible couldn't use it at all. They say it's non-perfumed, but mine had a smell to it! I canceled after I started my trail only to be charged for two months.

Thieves and liars, I don't care if the product solves world peace, if they are told to cancel the subscription and they continue to charge you that is theft. If you have health insurance you can get the same if not better medications from your PCP or dermatologist and even with copays it will be a fraction of the cost. I've read the glowing reviews and all I can say is you must have money to buy and God help you if you try to cancel! Close to 160.00$ and they won't stop charging my credit card. Chase has a long list of complaints about Curology. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!

I absolutely loved using curology, and I recommended it to many friends and my social media followers. I recently had to stop using it because I left my bottle out of state and wouldn't be able to get it back and couldn't afford getting more at the time. I decided to go on and cancel my subscription, even though I loved the product. I forgot to cancel (of course) & read on their return policy that they do not do refunds. Luckily I emailed their support team and they went ahead and cancelled my subscription and refunded me the $40. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!! AWESOME PRODUCT!

Since my local dermatologist started requiring a referral from my primary care doctor, going for treatment became too expensive and inconvenient. I can achieve the same results with Curology. It's smart healthcare!

Horrible. Not only does it not work, however it even made my skin worse. Dr. constantly change and don’t address your wants / needs. Glad I left when I did.

I used to tell everyone about Curology and recommend them. But now I will only warn others to stay away from them. The product: 5 stars. Played a fundamental part in saving my poor broken out skin after a year of unrelenting acne misery. Customer service: one star. They put such a bad taste in my mouth. My expired card was charged $40 and I was not offered a refund or anything in apology despite me INSTANTLY contacting the company after seeing it start to process in my account. I was told I should have contacted them 2 days before it went through. If I knew my EXPIRED card was going to be charged I would have. I was offered no refund, no help. Responses subsided. I’ve been searching for a job for three months, so a $40 charge is kinda a big deal right now. I feel pushed aside by this company and will no longer use their product or support their company.

Honestly, I had my doubts at first. For a while, actually. For me, it took a few months. Now, my face is so smooth and clear! My hyperpigmentation is starting to fade and my breakouts are becoming nonexistent. Just stay faithful to your Curology, and it will stay faithful to you!

last year i was struggling with really bad acne and had tried so many different things and nothing made my acne completely go away! i went from wearing makeup everyday to cover up my acne to not wearing any! i’m so happy i tried curology my face showed progress after two days.
