Not a past reviewer to be honest but after bleaching my very thick naturally curly hair to near the end of its life, I dyed it back to brown and have started the back to curly journey, again. I scoured the internet for decent products as my hair was very dry, brittle, porous, you name it so I found Curlsmith. Done the test, treated myself to the oil on conditioner and soufflé and it’s crap. Maybe it’s just the current state of my hair, I’ve always used mousse in the past but wanted to try something that wouldn’t dry it out as much. I think either the leave in conditioner or styling product is maybe too heavy for my hair? As it doesn’t dry with even a single curls, just waves which seem to vanish the first night I sleep on em. So, still scouring, searching for good products to use on me hair. Wish me luck.

I have been researching in to my hair problems!! Curlsmith had a lot of information which was really helpful, I have been using a bar shampoo for ages, but think it was too drying, so after a lot of deliberation i bought the core shampoo, a trial moisturiser and a trial souffle, got a free full size probiotic moisturizer too. it's quite difficult to work out which to buy as there are so many, also it is quite pricey, but my hair has been a real issue for me for a long time, and I thought I'd invest!! I'm very glad I did, two washes in and the frizz has been tamed! It feels good, I'm not sure if the souffle is quite the right product for me I have 2a hair, when dry it is a bit crunchy, but certainly it has helped no end, it softens up when hands raked through, I would recommend these products, I think there could be quite a bit of try outs of the trial sizes! I have now used the co-wash with with the cursl smith styling foam and the detox scalp exfoliator and calming conditioner. The results are encouraging. My hair fewls soft and the curls hold for 3 to 4 days although they do get looser. My hair is looking great. Thank you curlsmith!!

Quick service. Great products. The weightless cream and gel are amazing.

Customer service absent, no way to contact them and I just realised the eshop doesn't even have legal info like T&C or the company name anywhere online. Waiting since Black Friday a delivery within EU. The parcel was shipped (quite fast) but not delivered for a reason I don't know. So I emailed them to check the order. In the meanwhile, the order got returned to the warehouse by the shipping company. Now I've been waiting some time longer, still without an answer.
