I use their products. I do enjoy them. The only problem that I have is when the product is shipped, the caps do leak. Customer Service has always either refunded me or ship a replacement. Customer Service has always been good to me.

Loved the product and its blue tone!

Great honest trustworthy company that us helpful when you contact them and sort things quickly . Live the products - really gentle. The only thing I'm finding confusing is shear number of stylers and leave procts which does with which and in what order 🤔

Product says was delivered, but I never received it. Now Curlsmith put the burden on me to file a claim/investigation with the postal service. I strongly feel Curlsmith should have resent me the products I ordered or reimbursed me my money and have to deal with the postal service themselves. I am now out of a lot of money and have no product.

The Flawless Finish Spray Strong Hold Hairspray will be my go-to from now on! I applied it on a super humid day to my wash and go, headed to the beach, and my curls remained defined for hours. I didn’t need to put my hair up in a bun which I typically have to do when going to the beach. Absolutely love this product!

Product itself is great but the pump didn’t work on the conditioner and the pour spout didn’t work on the shampoo. Have to take the lid off of both to use.

Website was easy to place an order. Shipping was fast.

Great products for my wavy hair and great customer service.
