I made an order on August 8, 2024 and it’s now December 10, 2024 and I’ve yet to receive my order. They said my package was lost in transit and was going to send another, but stopped responding to my emails. Horrible customer service and seems like a scam. Please stay away from this company.

I have jumped through hoops and sent…
I have jumped through hoops and sent the same information to Cupids 3 different times and I keep getting the same response… the warehouse has your return and they are inspecting it before you can be issued a refund. They have had my return since 11/25/2024. So as far as customer service goes Cupids customer service is non existent. I would be extremely embarrassed to run a company like that. I realize I’m not going to see my refund please don’t order from this company, they are SCAM ARTISTS. I would give them a lower score than 1 if I could. SHAME ON YOU CUPIDS!

Do not purchase anything from this firm. They will not honor the 30 day satisfaction guarantee and I have engaged my banks dispute team to reverse charge, or in my case multiple charges I did not authorize.

They are at it again....
I wrote a review here about 3 days ago on Friday the 6th of December 2024 that this company is a scam and how people should steer clear. They replied and apologise profusely for the mistake and asked that I send an email to their support team and that they will investigate the case throughly and sort everything out. This I did and after which I received an email yesterday the 8th of December 2024 saying that there is a refund of £100 to me out of the scam of £298 they charged me for what was advertised as a black friday deal of £25 for one and get 3 free.
It's almost as if they see themselves as doing something good by refunding an amount of their choice. This is purely click and bait scam and the fact that they agree to refund £100 still leaves a deficit of about £165 to £173 to be refunded. This is because the bait was a "Black" Friday deal which clearly stated £25 for one and get 3 free. I should be paying £25 or at most £33 for one only and getting the 2 or 3 others free as per the "Black" Friday deal that lured me and perhaps countless others to this company.
My reviews have not changed. I think you will find similar complaints by others about this company on this TrustPilot review thread. Steer clear!! Our complaints have not converged by coincidence. This is an American company registered and doing business in the USA with a clear eye for theft and scam. Beware! A word is enough for the wise!!

I ordered a bottle from their official site for a total of
$70.95. Scent is okay, a little bit weird, my wife daughter and firends say its nothing special, the hype and the rip-off marketing is what I'm writing about. I looked at my debit card transaction and I came upon them and they have a recurring charge to send me a bottle every month. I never asked for it, so I called them and they said it was already being packaged and nothing they can do. I ordered it on 11-12-24, arrived a week late, and they think i need another bottle within 3 weeks, WHO uses so much cologne in a few weeks, I don't, I still have a bottle of some other cologne for 2 years. Are they crazy!!So i canceled my card and wrote them "I hope i do get another bottle for free, cause you ain't getting paid BEATCHES!! Also Amazon has it for $23.99 for the same 1.7 oz I paid. And truly, I don't even like it, but beware for their tactics!!!!
