Hi Robert, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our product and pricing strategy. We value feedback like yours as it helps us understand our customers better. Our goal is to make premium fragrances more accessible, which is why we frequently offer promotions. These discounts allow customers to experience our products at a more affordable price. That said, we recognize that value is subjective, and we’re sorry to hear that our product didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like to discuss your experience further or if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We’re here to help. We truly appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to improve your perception of our brand in the future. Best regards, The CUPIDS Team

Hi Dan, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I’d like to address the points you’ve raised. Firstly, we strive for transparency in our pricing and promotions. If there was any misunderstanding or discrepancy in the charges, we want to investigate and ensure that you’re treated fairly. Please provide your order details, and we’ll review the transaction thoroughly. Secondly, we appreciate your observation about the reviews. All reviews on our platforms come directly from customers who have shared their honest feedback. While some reviews may use similar descriptors, this is often because our fragrance has specific qualities (like freshness and warmth) that resonate consistently with our audience. If there’s any way we can make this right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to our support team at [email protected].
