Placed 1 order, took so long i forgot about it. What made me remember was a bank notification of a purchase of 150 eur on the site 1 month later. Wrote an email to support 3 minutes later. For 5 days only ai responses that were no help at all. 6. Day recieved an email: package handed over for shipment. 5 minutes later human response from cs stating that i was too late with the complaint as the package left the warehouse. After 45 days first package arrives: deodorant smells pretty good but does not work as a deodorant, by the end of the day i was reeki g as if i have not taken a bath in a month. (Even if i forget deodorant i do not smell too much normally) The cologne is straight up shit. Smells like mosquito repellent, also works as a woman repellent, i did not believe anyone would like it so i asked everyone around me. They all hated it lol Fast forward 90 days since first order. Order nr 2 still nowhere to be seen. Only update i recieved was a fake shipment failed email after a month or so. Since then i was trying to reach support, mostly ai responses. Their best offer was a 10% off store cupon for my troubles xD Yeah also the spam thing: at least 3 emails every single day since first order. Tried to unsubscribe like 50 times, it does not work. Blocking the address is not an option since they use the same one for everything. Tl;dr: shitty ass scam, for your own mental health DO NOT BUY

Fake claims, and do not honor their 30 day money back garrantee. Any company providing a garranteeand then not honoring it. Is a fraudulent organization. Only seeking to take your money and never honor any refund garrantee. This product is just like wasp/hornets spray. Spent $2.00 on a can of wasp spray, and you'll be ahead of the game. And the tips they send you are common sense tip, all online and do not cost a cent. Just speak to another, be flexible in talk. YOUR NATURAL SCENT WILL HYPNOTIZE THEM ON ITS OWN. Disgusting product.

First they have hit me with a double order Secondly it hasn't shown up Thirdly their support team is pathetic If you can avoid using them directly to buy their fragrances as they are useless am still fighting with them to either send my product or refund me

This review is 100% about the company and their customer service. I am writing this review 32 days AFTER I Placed my order, and I STILL do not have my product. I have pushed and persisted with my request to speak to a human, and I was told that they do not offer any form of human conversation. It is only via email, and Ai bots. I even requested a refund and to cancel my order, and I was fed some crap about being patient and my order was being fulfilled in the next few days. But I was also never informed that it is coming from China. that was 6 days ago, and my products are still in US Customs! The customer service is awful, they hide behind email, and will not do anything to help you. run away!

This company take my money and i have send so many mail but no answer hope my bank can stop them they sold a perfume for £129 and i do have receipt i will stop them no matter what so they cant cheat other people😡😡

First you have to watch 30 minutes of stupid advertisements on upselling the the crap thar does not work. It is over priced rip off. Even if it were free I would not want it or use it.

As a 67 year old professional on SSI, I'm clean, well groomed, nice clothes, gold, diamonds, Corvette and Cadillac's I was finally Hypnotized to try this over priced, over hyped garbage. Guaranteed and 30 day Refund? No way, it's now a scientific experiment how long it takes for even one 70 to 80 year old female senior citizen to say it smells nice. My 18 year steady relationship partner I bought this for her/us, just got back from PCB, FL vacation, not one word about it, no that smells nice, nothing. Packed Tootsies bar at PCB, not one compliment not one female approach not that I was looking for one but you get the point. Church twice every Sunday and dozens of female hugs, no mention or compliment when this should be fish in a barrel for a minimal acknowledgement. NOTHING! Pressure to up sale on site, hassle to cancel subscription desperate to save my bank account number. Deodorant is not soft nor smooth, no amount of Cupid spray gets me anything more than pimp stink. Complete waste of money, will NEVER buy again. Do not recommend this company to anyone, I feel nothing but scammed with false advertising. I'm considering paying the first person that compliments me on this pure fantasy snake oil junk $20 it's truly that much of a waste of money.
