3rd time getting Culvers carryout in Albertville Al. First 2 times items were missing. Talk to the franchise owner about it. Nothing about replacing the missing items, her answer to me was Ill tell them not to do that anymore. Wife went back after many months, figuring the owner fixed the sorry service. I ordered a plain hamburger. She get home with a double cheeseburger and yes that is what she was charged for. Im assuming this franchise owner only hires illiterate workers. At least they are 100% on not being able to take and fill an order

Very disappointed. The meat was flat and dry and was not edible. The bacon was uncooked. Had to throw it away. Never had such poor quality of food from Culver's before. This was very disu and a waste of money

My husband and I had never eaten at Culver’s before and had seen mixed reviews nothing bad, just nothing particularly memorable. After visiting the Culver’s in Avon Park, FL. today, we were genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional drive‑through service. When we placed our order, the employee asked for my husband’s name and used it three times “Hello, Patrick,” “Anything else today, Patrick?” and “See you at the window, Patrick.” We have never experienced such personal service at a drive‑through. We’re from Washington State, and this level of friendliness was such a pleasant surprise. After eating, we went back through the drive‑through for custard, curious whether the service would be just as good, and it absolutely was. Once at the window, I checked the employee’s name so he could get the recognition he deserves: Juelz. Truly the BEST drive‑through service we have ever experienced anywhere in the country. Juelz, your personality and the way you treat people will take you farther than you know.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Culver’s! Quez was over-the-top amazing! From the moment we were helped, Quez was smiling, incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. You don’t always come across someone who takes such pride in providing great customer service, and Quez truly stood out. The food was great, but Quez’s outstanding attitude and kindness made the experience even better. Employees like Quez are a true asset to Culver’s and deserve to be recognized! Thank you, Quez, for making our visit so enjoyable! 💙

Usually I have great experiences at callers. But I just had one of the meals I usually get and it was cold. The cod platter 3 pieces with steamed broccoli. The broccoli was so cold it was straight from the ice box. The cod was not as cold but still not hot. I think whoever was doing my meal did not expect it to be broccoli instead of fries and cod sat waiting after it was cooked to thaw out the broccoli. 20 bucks is a lot of money for so poorly put together meal. I don’t want anything back for the meal. I want it to not happen again.

Be very careful when ordering through the drive-thru at this location. They charge you for the full order, but sometimes only give you half of what you actually paid for. My husband was charged around $70 for an order, but when he got home, we realized that we had received only about half of the food we ordered. What happens to the money for the food that was paid for but never received? We called to report the issue, but nothing was resolved. We were basically told that the order was correct, even though we were missing several items. Please check your entire order before leaving the drive-thru. Make sure you received everything you paid for. Once you leave, it seems to be very difficult to get the issue resolved. If you charge customers for the full order, you should provide the full order. Very disappointing experience.IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAPPENS!!!!

I must say the last couple of times I have eaten at the restaurant the Double butter burger deluxe w/ bacon meal was good ,but your burgers are almost paper thin. Chili’s burgers got you beat!
