Always gets food wrong very poor service

There custard is no longer custard. Weird ingredients and wheat in ice cream. So disappointed.

Culver's vanilla frozen custard is made from a base of pasteurized dairy, sugar, egg yolks, and natural and ARTIFICIAL vanilla FLAVOR. Core Ingredients • Dairy: Pasteurized milk, cream, and skim milk. • Sweeteners: Sugar and corn syrup. • Eggs: Pasteurized egg yolks (minimum 1.4% to meet quality standards for custard). • Flavoring: Natural and ARTIFICIAL vanilla flavor. STABILIZERS and EMULSIFIERS • Guar gum • Mono & diglycerides • Locust bean gum • CARRAGEENAN NOT PURE VANILLA CUSTARD LIKE THEY CLAIM IN THEIR COMMERCIALS. Just look at Culvers 14 page QUALITY INGREDIENTS INFORMATION and see all the POISONOUS CHEMICALS in all their food and custard. They are lying to their customers about love from Wisconsin!

While the staff is sweet and have good customer service skills, the burgers are as thick as a paper sheet. Too bad I cannot upload the picture for exemplification.

Did not receive my whole order. Called and was told I could come back anytime but when I went back Ariana (manager) said it wasn’t in the log book and nothing she could do. Called corporate and they half listened- did not sound like they cared and said since it’s a franchise i would need to work it out w the store. Can’t even assist w something under$10. Very poor management- poor customer service skills throughout organization!

Taste is awful & not worth the money

Culvers has gone so far downhill. Order any flavor of the day and you get ice cream with a couple sprinkles of topping, not mixed in all throughout. I don't know why I go there but I've had more issues with ice cream than anything else. From waiting 20+ minutes for two ice cream orders while car after car comes and leaves. One time I went in, ordered 3 sundaes and got my number. Waited for at least 15 minutes before asking about my order. They said I ordered fries which I didn't. I told them what I was waiting for and still they said my number was for fries. They said I'd have to pay for 3 sundaes which I already did. They had to get a manager to give me my sundaes, when I walked out the person said "don't forget your fries". I went to a different culvers and while waiting at the window for ice cream the person knocked it into the garbage, pulled it out and put it back on the counter. Then proceeded to bring it to the me. I asked the person to remake it. I called the next day and talked to the manager who went over the video and said it just tipped over on the counter and didn't fall in the garbage, BS. I was contacted by a district manager who heard my stories and proceeded to ghost me. Culvers is trash now!!

I ordered culverts butter Burger combo with a yogurt got the burger I asked for grilled onions and mustard only thing on it well I found a hair in it took it back told them they made me a new one I told him I want to grilled onions and mustard only thing on it well guess what they forgot the mustard for the second time very bad in the bun is hard
