Always gets food wrong very poor service

There custard is no longer custard. Weird ingredients and wheat in ice cream. So disappointed.

Ridiculous that you have limited time specials that are unavailable 6 days after the promotion starts. Went for a curderburger yesterday and was told they ran out several days ago. Same thing happens in the Spring when they offer walleye. Unless you go on the first day of the promotion you will be out if luck. Would be nice if they posted on their website when they run out of the special promotions.

Just look at Culvers 14 page QUALITY INGREDIENTS INFORMATION and see all the POISONOUS CHEMICALS in all their food and custard. They are lying to their customers about love from Wisconsin!

I like going to Culver's, they have great hamburgers, fries, etc. I have found a location that I will not go to again. It is located in Midvale, Utah at 426 Midvale St. in the S. Bingham Junction shopping area. I had ordered the value basket which I always order, but this time the hamburger was wrapped, and the bun looked so smashed like someone had walked on it!! and food was cold. They wanted to charge 35 cents for a little fry sauce. The Culvers in Orem, Utah and Spanish Fork , Utah are much better.

While the staff is sweet and have good customer service skills, the burgers are as thick as a paper sheet. Too bad I cannot upload the picture for exemplification.

Culver’s has the BEST chicken sandwich!! So crispy on the outside and so tender and juicy on the inside. One of the great things about Culver’s is you choose what you want on your sandwich…grilled onions, bacon, mayo, cheese…so many to choose from. Another great thing is the people who work there. They politely deliver your food to your table, and ask if you need any thing else. Forgot your napkins? They will get you some! Friendly service all the way around. Now for dessert! Delicious sundaes, shakes, and concrete mixers, all delivered with the same friendly service. Gotta run? They offer 2 lanes of drive thru service also, delivering to your car. You can’t go wrong with Culver’s!!!

Did not receive my whole order. Called and was told I could come back anytime but when I went back Ariana (manager) said it wasn’t in the log book and nothing she could do. Called corporate and they half listened- did not sound like they cared and said since it’s a franchise i would need to work it out w the store. Can’t even assist w something under$10. Very poor management- poor customer service skills throughout organization!
