I like going to Culver's, they have great hamburgers, fries, etc. I have found a location that I will not go to again. It is located in Midvale, Utah at 426 Midvale St. in the S. Bingham Junction shopping area. I had ordered the value basket which I always order, but this time the hamburger was wrapped, and the bun looked so smashed like someone had walked on it!! and food was cold. They wanted to charge 35 cents for a little fry sauce. The Culvers in Orem, Utah and Spanish Fork , Utah are much better.

Usually I have great experiences at callers. But I just had one of the meals I usually get and it was cold. The cod platter 3 pieces with steamed broccoli. The broccoli was so cold it was straight from the ice box. The cod was not as cold but still not hot. I think whoever was doing my meal did not expect it to be broccoli instead of fries and cod sat waiting after it was cooked to thaw out the broccoli. 20 bucks is a lot of money for so poorly put together meal. I don’t want anything back for the meal. I want it to not happen again.

Very disappointed in the overall changes at our nearest location. They've revamped the menu board, omitting the side-board with soup-of-the-day and custard 'flavor of the day.' Prices appear to have SOARED recently; the last time I ordered a 3 pc. fried cod meal, I think it was in the $16-$17 range. Now it's over $20 bucks! And you don't even get the plastic to-go container for left-overs, even if you ask! It looks like they may have completey discontinued all their other soups besides George's chili. On the upside, this time the cod seemed fried fresh and wasn't that salty, whereas the onion rings and cheese curds were way too salty in comparison. Was the cod meal worth $20 bucks? Maybe not.

Love their chicken teders and their great service. I wish their receipt would show the price for each individual items. Not happy with the service I received a couple of days ago at the Auburn Hills location. The portions were very skimpy . The order of fries contained between 15 and 20 fries. The chicken tenders were approximately 1 1/4" x 3 1/2". Never the less, I will go back.

The burger- as last time- was so over cooked and dry it was only edible by drowning it in condiments from home. It was supposed to have Aioli and crispy onions- but barely anything there. The onion rings were good, but nit fresh. The fish sandwich gets skimpier every time we go it seems. The only redeeming sandwich in the order was the pot roast.

Excellent service. Fish sandwich needs some work. Had NO flavor. Very disappointing.

This used to be a true go to for our family. While the food is still acceptable, we don't visit often because the prices are too high. We can eat for a better price at a causal dining restaurant running a special!

Took to long to get food and really greasy and not friendly service
