Taste is awful & not worth the money

I love the chicken strips and the ice cream, cheese curds. 10/10 it's good asf. Never had any bad experiences with culvers. Still don't know why people are hating on it; it is WAY better than McDonalds. I reviewed this a couple of months ago, it's still a good fast food.

Small portions. And. HIGH AS HELLLLL. I will not return

Last time left off fries this time fish sandwiches had no flavor whatsoever very disappointed especially due to price. Butter burger was good. Probably wont be eating here as frequently as have been.

went to the store on west hillsborough ave in tampa fl. young lady named light helped me through the menu to get what my party wanted for dinner. great employee...great service.

Culvers has gone so far downhill. Order any flavor of the day and you get ice cream with a couple sprinkles of topping, not mixed in all throughout. I don't know why I go there but I've had more issues with ice cream than anything else. From waiting 20+ minutes for two ice cream orders while car after car comes and leaves. One time I went in, ordered 3 sundaes and got my number. Waited for at least 15 minutes before asking about my order. They said I ordered fries which I didn't. I told them what I was waiting for and still they said my number was for fries. They said I'd have to pay for 3 sundaes which I already did. They had to get a manager to give me my sundaes, when I walked out the person said "don't forget your fries". I went to a different culvers and while waiting at the window for ice cream the person knocked it into the garbage, pulled it out and put it back on the counter. Then proceeded to bring it to the me. I asked the person to remake it. I called the next day and talked to the manager who went over the video and said it just tipped over on the counter and didn't fall in the garbage, BS. I was contacted by a district manager who heard my stories and proceeded to ghost me. Culvers is trash now!!

I ordered culverts butter Burger combo with a yogurt got the burger I asked for grilled onions and mustard only thing on it well I found a hair in it took it back told them they made me a new one I told him I want to grilled onions and mustard only thing on it well guess what they forgot the mustard for the second time very bad in the bun is hard

I went to Culver’s in Pooler Ga to eat and have been to this location many times. I went to place and get my bday ice cream and I have never been treated this way here! Walked in to order and i will say the drive thru was a little busy but inside there was only 1 customer standing there with a number. 1 st off no-one spoke to us to say we will be right with you or thanks for coming in! NOTHING!!! We stood there for almost 10 mins with employees walking all behind the counter and many made eye contact and still said nothing! Another couple came in behind us. So we decided to leave and go to Five Guys!! Aa we were pulling out of the lot the couple who came in behind us walked out as well!!!! I also tried to call the restaurant 3 times and of course NO ANSWER!!!!!!! I was very upset as i have never felt so un welcome in a place as then! Culver’s you might have just lost my business for good!!!!!
