Worst communication I've ever received from a business. I ordered a $900 product over a month ago and it still says preparing these items. I have emailed 4x and called 3x with only one response. The response was vague and still gave me no info. on what I ordered. I will never use this website again. Be warned customer service is TERRIBLE.

Poor communication, NO follow-through on my issues after speaking to “management”. Through my own research, I found the manufacturer of the appliance I ordered, contacted the manufacturer directly and with the manufacturer’s help, had all my issues resolved. I then received an automated email that my order had shipped AFTER I received the product. (I was promised tracking information that I NEVER received from Culinary Cave!!) I have no desire to ever use their “service” again. I actually transferred my account to the manufacturer.

We needed a replacement garbage disposal. We have a deep sink and had an insinkerator 3/4hp SpaceSaver disposal. So I saw you had that exact model. Great price. Upon ordering I checked to make sure what I was ordering was exactly what we had previous. After 5 days(happy with that) it showed up. Completely different disposal. Tall,and now 1” from the cabinet floor. Works ok but lost space in cabinet

I was suspect, as I had never heard of them before. But my experience was great. Purchase confirmation email came right away. Shipping confirmation came the next day. Package arrived 3 days later. Exactly as advertised. Would buy from them again.
