We needed a replacement garbage disposal. We have a deep sink and had an insinkerator 3/4hp SpaceSaver disposal. So I saw you had that exact model. Great price. Upon ordering I checked to make sure what I was ordering was exactly what we had previous. After 5 days(happy with that) it showed up. Completely different disposal. Tall, and now 1” from the cabinet floor. Works ok but lost space in cabinet

Shipping cost was high. And after purchasing the Internet was kind to give other options at a much lower shipping price.

Hi Bruce and Karen, Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry the shipping cost felt high. Shipping rates can vary by item, carrier, and destination, but we understand that total delivered cost matters and we are reviewing ways to make those options clearer. If there is anything else about the order we can help with, please contact [email protected] with order #2096. The Culinary Cave Team
