I was suspect, as I had never heard of them before. But my experience was great. Purchase confirmation email came right away. Shipping confirmation came the next day. Package arrived 3 days later. Exactly as advertised. Would buy from them again.

I make 3 loaves of sourdough bread once or twice a month, plus making other sourdough pastries, etc. I love that it is large and powerful enough to do all the kneading in the machine with so much flour and I don't have to take the dough out and knead it by hand. I had other great mixers but never this powerful! I love it!

Hi Judith, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your new mixer is handling your sourdough loaves and pastries with power and ease. It’s great to know that it’s strong enough to take on heavy dough so you can skip the manual kneading and enjoy a smoother baking experience. We truly appreciate you choosing Culinary Cave and are so glad you love your new mixer! If you ever need anything, we’re always here to help. The Culinary Cave Team
