I ordered Cuddle Clone socks (3 pairs) for christmas gifts on 12/1. I received a tracking # and an email stating my order was shipped on 12/11. This was supposed to arrive by christmas and today is 1/5 and nothing...The tracking # ends with DHL stating it arrived from DHL to USPS on 12/15. I emailed customer service to find out what happened with the shipment after 12/15 but the only response was that their records indicate my order is being delivered via a tracking number. This was on 12/27. I have no idea when I will be receiving my items.

For the price I paid for a clone, I couldn’t believe my eyes when it came out of the bag. They got the fur, tail, and paws right. But the face barely passes as a cat. It doesn’t look anything like any of the pictures I sent them. I’m severely disappointed with the result. I’m not sure what went wrong, but it only looks like my cat if you don’t look at his face from the front or side, only the back.

I am writing an update from my Dec 25 review. I STILL have not received my order despite your assurances that it is on the way. There is no tracking information as FedEx claims the shipping was cancelled. Please update me on the status of my order.

Like so many others posting here I was impacted by Cuddle Clones failure to deliver my “guaranteed” Christmas delivery. Also like so many others, I received no communication from Cuddle Clones customer service until after I had reached out to them. They tried to tell me that my order was possibly going to still be delivered in time for Christmas even though the order status still said ‘Confirmed’. I also got the email saying that they were working hard on getting my order to me while providing no information about when that might happen. Today I got an email finally telling me that my order is ‘complete’, which is what they told me 11 days ago. I also have a tracking number so I now know that my order will only be a week and a half late for Christmas. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The lack of communication when Cuddle Clones clearly knew that they weren’t going to fulfill a large quantity of orders by Christmas is unacceptable. Even a little proactive communication would have gone a long way.

This is my second Cuddle Clone after being so impressed with the first one. I got a Cuddle Clone of my little dog Pogue who passed away at the end of October. Has just arrived and she is perfect. The work that goes into these is incredible, and makes it extra special is the tiny details, the extra floofy tail, the little “smile”, it’s the difference between a lookalike and a clone. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s a unique item and will last a lifetime. The only downside is that if you’re in the UK you will have to pay customs tax.

I’ve tried multiple times to get hold of company. I paid the extra fee for shipping just to make sure it would arrive before Christmas and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I just want my item or my money back.
